Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier's website. You can also check your order status in your account.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain threshold. The current free shipping threshold is displayed on product pages and at checkout.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, but you can return it after delivery.
