Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it in accordance with Romanian law.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., an email) before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions: - Be in their original condition, unused and undamaged - Include original packaging and all tags - Include all accessories and documentation that came with the product - Be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return: 1. Contact our customer service team via email or through the returns form on our website 2. You will receive a return confirmation with instructions 3. Package the product securely in its original packaging 4. Ship the product back to us using a tracked delivery method Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal: - Personalized or custom-made products - Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons) - Products that have been used or damaged by the customer Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed or unless the product is defective.
