1. Definitions
In these Terms of Service: - "Seller" refers to RIG Home Design SRL - "Buyer" / "Customer" refers to any person who places an order - "Website" refers to righomedesign.com - "Products" refers to goods available for purchase on the Website - "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by the Buyer
2. Ordering Process
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website (RON or EUR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using one of our accepted payment methods.
4. Delivery
We will deliver products to the address specified in your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. 5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. 6. Liability
We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are free from defects. Products come with a legal guarantee of conformity as provided by Romanian law. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, except where prohibited by law. Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of RIG Home Design SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from this website without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, or through the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
